XProtect Express 2014 Version: 8.6a
Device Pack Version: 7.3

LPR Version: 1.0b
Use at most: NOT_SET
Stop processing at 50%
Interlaced: off
Recognize at most: 2
Reject plates below: 50%
Limit processing to: 7.5 fps

COUNTRY LIST: IRL (Ireland)
This country list is not picking up newer (131 LL NNNN) reg plates.
Is there an update to fix this?

Camera Bosch Dinion IP HD 7000 series
AGC: off
Shutter speed: (Fixed) 1/1000

In the smart client when reviewing captured reg plates the recording starts to play 20 seconds after the plate was caught. In order to view the the car in playback the recording must be played backwards.
Is this normal behavior?

I'm guessing because the red box shows the area where the plate was captured at first even though the car is not there, in the image, that this is not the correct behavior.

Dear Stephen,

You need a updated IRL module to detect the 131 style plates.
Attached to this post - just switch out the intrada_cm_IRL.dll with this new one.

And I believe there is a hotfix for the Image Server on Express to fix this timing issue, but I need you to contact Milestone Support to get your case logged to get the hotfix.

- Please refer to this error report "DTS42823"
But this report is however on "XProtect Express 2013 1.5e"
