Could you check your windows logs and see if there are any errors related to Microsoft XML installations?

We've had this exact error previously where the Microsoft XML component in windows was corrupt.

If possible run a repair on MSXML or uninstall all MS XML components and install http://www.microsoft.com...ad/details.aspx?id=19662
Kind regards

Justin

I am getting the exact same error msg.

I had an old version of milestone and deleted all the "milestone" and "VideosOS" files and registry entries.

I seem to get the exact same error msg having either: no MSXML, MSXMP 4.0 SP2, MSXML 4.0 SP3 or MSXML 6.0 installed.

Louis,

have you followed Justins advice repairing (or re-installing) the various Microsoft packages?

Yes, I uninstalled all versions of MSXML and tried installing xprotect Go again.

I got the exact same error msg and continued to get the same error after installing multiple versions of MSXML.
I could not find any documentation stating which version of MSXML is needed so I just went ahead and tried:
MSXMP 4.0 SP2
MSXML 4.0 SP3
MSXML 6.0

Cheers,
Louis
