Hello.
.
I can see a whole mess of .PIC images in the mediadatabase archives folder view but none
of my imaging programs will open them including XNViewMP, noted to be able to open that image format.

Are those images just internal GO images not meant for direct viewing with a Photo Editing suite?

I can export/open the videos okay.

I cannot find that PIC file selection in the player view yet.

Hope someone can shed some light on that process.

Thanks,
Bill

The files are in our propitiatory format, you need to export them from the Smart Client into single images or video to have them viewable by other applications.
The below KB takes you through opening a database with the SmartClient player.

Justin:

Thanks for your reply.

The PIC opening process does not seem to apply to the free GO version.

If I ever upgrade your note will then help me out.

Take care,
Bill

Ah, well, it should be possible.

As long as the PIC files have been produced by the Recording Server, you should be able to open them with your SmartClient.
