So I picked up a fancy new Logitech MX Master mouse over the weekend and was looking forward to using the side to side scroll wheel on the timeline during playback. It unfortunately crashes smart client when I try to use it. Error log below if interested.

Hej again,

I think the recipe to make the SmartClient crash is like this:
  • Set the Smart Client to start in Playback. Choose a big view, like 8x8 cameras (i.e. goto Playback with a big view, then leave the SmartClient - next time it will start up with this view).
  • When the Smart Client start, it takes a while to populate the views and
connect to video sources, and in this time you move the mouse scroll wheel left
and right to fill up the mouse event queue/buffer.
  • When the Smart Client is ready to play... it crashes with the aforementioned
    exception
I think it will be fixed in the upcoming 2015 release.
Rgds,
Torsten
