Hello!

I have been adding devices to the Recording Server with seemingly no problem. When I go back through the device tree, I find that about 10 devices are not listed. When I try to add them, the system returns the error of "The device is already configured on the recording server".

Checking again, the device is not displayed in the Recording Server tree.

Any thoughts?

I've not heard of any such behavior on any recent Corporate 4.0 or above, may I ask which release you are running? Outside of a simple refresh on the management client I would suggest you open a case. My feeling is that the database might be out of sync with the servers configuration but it would require more investigation, I would most probably restart the management server and recording server to ensure that everything is refreshed.
