We have a vivotek camera which milestone connects to using Onvif.

It is on the same subnet, not crossing any routers. It appears normally on the milestone server when looking at configurations and is viewable there. It also seems to work on the web client (but not the mobile).

For both the milestone smart client and the mobile android client, I get no image, and the message "The server has lost connection to the camera."

It seems like it works from the smart client running directly on the server.

The server is on the same subnet as all the cameras, but most of the users are on a different subnet. I do hope the clients don't also have to share subnets with the server?

i got the same error
