Hi,
I have install milestones express on server.
Smart client is working on LAN network as well as mobile app including iPhone app.
But major problem is that while on remote location I try to use webclient and smart client but its not working. I tried on 32 and 64 bit OS but its absolutely not working. What exactly is issue even though software is installed correctly

It's creating issues with customer please help me out of this.

In 99% of all cases like yours, it is either configuration or connectivity... You need to make sure two things:
(1) Make sure the address the SmartClient connects to is forwarded to the server (port forwarding).
(2) Make sure the address the SmartClient connects to is configured in the Management Application, "Server Access"

If it still makes trouble, please contact Milestone Technical Support.
