Recently upgrade the version to 2013 and found that all the cameras have gone back to default setting. Video format is JPEG and all other settings are gone. Moreover none of the setting is saving now.

I am curious what you upgraded from..?
Is it camera setting or all settings in general?
If it is all settings it sounds like the Management Application is unable to write configuration to the disk, look if something is locking the use of files in C:\ProgramData\Milestone\Milestone Surveillance

We upgraded from 8.1a to 2013 (Xprotect Enterprise).

Well, in the video properties, when you go to camera settings and change the codec, streaming mode, compression etc. These settings are not saving and showing everything as default. We are using Axis cameras.

Have upgraded the device pack also to 7.0 but still no luck.

Evening All,

Did anyone get this resolved. I have exactly the same problem and have tried everything to get the system backup and working. This includes uninstalling XProtect, deleting all the directories, databases and registry entries and reinstalling but nothing has worked.
