When using the Access Monitor “widget” in the smart client the timestamp on the access control event is confusing/misleading because it does not include the date. You can’t assume that all doors will have activity within 24 hours. In our own building, and at customer sites, a single view often has at least one door that is used infrequently, so when glancing at the monitor it appears that someone has gone through that door recently when in fact it was days ago. Or it indicates someone went through the door a few hours in the future. Either way it’s not right and confuses users.

Has there been any response? This comes up almost every time we demo XProtect Access/ACM.
For the time being, this is the way it is. The Live view tab shows events with time. The access control tab shows events with both date&time.
