Hello.Now I have a problem, when i send alarm data to server, it cann’t be received by alarm manager of smart client, but it can be received by my own plugin in smart client, Howerver, the alarm data isn’t saved by server. I am wondering if it is caused by licenese issue because this problem hasn’t happened before.

Where is not as such any license restrictions on the alarms except maybe the case where the source defined for the alarm is unlicensed.
Besides that it seems like your license is fine (except for the license samples, but that is irrelevant).
Have you checked the Event Server logs for any errors related to this? Also how does your own plugin listen for the alarms? If it is listening on the actual Milestone Alarm messages then it means that the alarms are actually received and stored by Milestone and the problem would thus be in the Alarm Manager itself.
Please be aware of the difference between events and alarms. Only alarms are shown in Alarm Manager per default.
