Alarm Definition creation - No way to set "Alarm assignable to Administrators" via Config Api

Hello,

while creating an alarm definition using the Configuration API there is no way to set the “Alarm assignable to Administrator”-Property.

I also checked in the Config API Client sample and this property is missing aswell on the list of alarm defintion properties.

Is there any other way to set this property via Config Api?

Version used is 2022 R3

I can confirm this is missing when I test the same. I will ask Milestone Development to investigate.
