Alarm preview not showing detail information in Xprotect client 2025 R2

we have custom alarm plugin integrated with our product but we noticed that on Version 2025 R2 the alarm header information are received null.

attached the alarm header information for the same alarm from the plugin samples AlarmPreview returned as null values and component samples AlarmEventViewer returning the correct result for the same alarm. The events are triggered from LibraryEventGenerator sample.

The issue can be replicated on any Milestone Xprotect 2025 r2 installation.

Can you please advice how to resolve this issue.
