I am getting this error while running latest AlarmEventViewer sample pls help urgent
System.ServiceModel.FaultException: ‘An error occurred when verifying security for the message.’
There is an open bug on this being worked on by Milestone Development. We hope to have news soon.
Currently there is a known workaround: If you setup secure communication with encryption by assigning a certificate in the Server Configurator you do not get this error.

Milestone Development have developed a fix, the MilestoneSystems.VideoOS.Platform NuGet will get updated soon (you will see it as version 23.3.2 when updated).
For plugin scenario there are now patches:

But MilestoneSystems.VideoOS.ConfigurationAPI 23.3.2 is not released yet for others its released can you update this ? otherwise it is creating conflicts
MilestoneSystems.VideoOS.ConfigurationAPI should not have a dependency on MilestoneSystems.VideoOS.Platform and this should not give conflicts.
If you experience a conflict there might be another explanation. Perhaps you can share what you experience when using the new version NuGet https://www.nuget.org/packages/MilestoneSystems.VideoOS.Platform
It might be better if you start another thread here on the forum. (Beware there might be no updates during the Christmas holiday season.)
