We are currently trying to add alarms using the Alarm Preview plugin, but we are encountering an error when triggering any events or alarms. Please find the error message in the attached screenshot for your reference.
Additionally, we have included a sample of the code we are using below, in case it helps you understand the issue better.
It sounds wrong. The Alarm Preview is a plugin to read alarms it seems a wrong place to send new alarms. In one way I am finding it natural if the capability isn’t there.
I am thinking that if we take one step back and you describe what you want your integration solution should do then I might be able to advise. Please include both what the operator should do and see.
I want to integrate my access control alarms in the same system, so I tried using the code shown in the screenshot. However, as you can see, I opened the wrong window (labeled “Events”), which is not the intended window for uploading alarms. When I attempt to upload the alarm events, the same error occurs.
Suggest me the correct way to integrate the same.
