Alarms not auto closing

We have developed an application that receives Milestone alarms into a grid.

The application currently utilizes the MIP 2017 R3 SDK

All of our alarms are configured to auto close.

Everyone once in a while we get an alarm that will not auto close even though the

input is no longer activated.

If we look at the alarm in the Milestone client the alarm is still in the new state.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

If I understand the situation correctly you configured auto close in Alarm Definition but it doesn’t work.

If so, can you please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
