Any permission I need to download SDK?

Hello everyone, I’m new to Milestone. I would like to use SDK to develop some plug in. However I failed to download it from the website. Is it free for download? Or it need special permission. Thanks for your reply in advance.

Btw, I’m trying to get the latest verstion 2018 R3.​

The download is free but it is required that you fill out a form if you are not a Milestone Solution Partner. See -

Hi Bo, thanks for your quick reply. I tried a few times with filling out a form. However the download page was not reachable . The link is: http://download.milestonesys.com/MIPSDK/MIPSDK_Installer_2018R3.msi

The error message: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Please try from another browser or another PC. I have verified the download to work for me and I wil ask around if we have other reports of people experiencing this..

I did try different scenarios. The IE I tried includes IE, firefox, Chrome. I also tried to download from different PCs, different network(office, home). The problem was same. Let me know if you have any new found. Appreciate your help.

Based on your experience I have requested an investigation here at the Milestone IT..

Hi Bo, I figured out that the download server address was blocked by GFW. Thanks for your help.
