API Integration to Open Options DNAFusion not showing Monitored Points in the Server Device List

Installed API for Open Options (DNAFusion) integration into Milestone and enabled “Show Development Property Panel” but in Developer Tabs only Access Doors appear, no Monitored Points are shown. In the Access Control Instances window, the SIO Board and RSC-2 Board attached to the Controller are not shown but are shown in the attached setup document provided by tech support (DNAFusion-Milestone ACMPluginIntegration). I have attached screen shots of the devices currently shown in the Management Client, no controller shows the SIO or RSC-2 boards even though all controllers have some installed.

How are the Monitored Points discovered or enabled for access in the Management or Smart Client? Would re-installation be required to make the Monitored Points visible?

Note however that Monitored Points might be something special added by this vendor as we do not see Monitored Points in our reference sample. I have a feeling that you will have to ask the supplier of this Access control integration.
