I need a technical clarification on your Xprotect Enterprise on its integration with ARH analyze module.
We have managed to integrate both and we are getting LPR details on milestone smart client screen through motion triggering.
But we are unable to find any option for hardware triggering ( loop trigger) and send command to open gate barrier.
Is it possible to create a match list in milestone and compare the ARH analyze module results with this match list and open gate barrier on successful match.
Presuming you are using professional.
In the Management Application
- Configure a manual event to trigger when the list is detected.
- Associate that event with the list.
- Under Events and Outputs goto Output control on event
- Confirm the manual event to trigger the output as desired.
First you need to connect the gate barrier to the XProtect system. What might be the easiest way is to use a camera output to control the gate barrier operation.
When you can operate the gate barrier from XProtect, you need to get ARH to do the control.
I have never seen or operated ARH Carmen myself, so there is an element of guessing in the next advise. If it does not fit please contact ARH directly for better advise.
You can create an Alarm Definition based on the detections made by ARH, the Alarm Definition should then include a trigger camera output by setting up “Event triggered by alarm”.
