Article missing information about login optimization?

Looking at the following article I’m wondering if it needs to be updated:

We’re told to rename the file to LoginOptimizationParameters.xml but then told to rename it again to login_optimization_parameters.xml.

Also in step 2 we’re told we can use recursive level=# to change subgroup lookup behavior, however in step 4 we’re told we can setup group indexing without any real clear guideline on how to actually do that.

Is there missing information in that article?
