Audio working but no video

One of the computers running Smart Client is logging in okay, but the video feeds are not showing up. No error (or unable to connect) messages appear. The weird thing is audio is coming through just fine.

Video is working normally on other computers running Smart Client, so I believe it’s a video/graphics issue on this machine. Do you know of any settings that may need to be adjusted?

first things first: We have often seen that updating the graphic card driver had helped. Not that I claim that it will help, but why not ruling out the simple things. Same with Windows updates. Any effect?
