Axis PDF Export Automatically

Hey Dev-Team,

we are currently looking for a solution to automatically save the Axis high quality PDF reports from Milestone to a network drive.

Is there a way to automate this?

This should be triggered by a camera event when driving faster than 23 km/h.

The Axis Optimizer should make this possible.

The camera is an AXIS Q1686-DLE and the milestone version is the 2020 R2

I think what you ask will depend upon the Axis plugin supporting it. Milestone Systems did not develop the plugin, Axis did. I don’t see a way to automate the saving of the document, other than adding the functionality to the plugin. Axis will probably be able to develop such an enhancement to the plugin.

There is a chance that a developer from Axis reads this post on the Milestone Developer forum, but you cannot count on it, I recommend that you ask Axis directly.
