Hi,

I must be able to maintain the video recordings 15 minutes before the activation of a generic event.

I have to keep the images of the 15 minutes before the event.

How can I do?

This should be possible with a recording pre-buffer of 900 seconds, which s is set in the Management Client → Camera → Recording Settings

So i can to do:

pre-buffer 900 sec

rules → Perform an action on test from External

start recording immediately on recording device cam1

In this way I will have to register with the 900 seconds included. Corretly?

No, the prebuffer is correct but your rule must be “start recording 15 minutes before”.

Note that building the rule the “immeidiately” is highlighted and clicking on it you can set it to -15 minutes!

Both the pre-buffer setup and the rule must be corrected in order for this to work.
