Hello,

We are running Enterprise 2013 (8.5e) on the server-end and Smart Client 2013 R2 8.1b (64-bit) Build 312 on the client-end, the device pack version is 7.6. Our servers are vitual servers built on the top of Vmware 5.1 ESX host. It is found that the ProxySrv keeps crashing, resulting in the dump file Proxysr.mdmp being generated. Could you shed some light on why is that happening ?

Yes, this is the driver Proxy process crashing and leaving crash dump files. This may require a support ticket with the Partner support, but it’s usually caused by driver vs. Firmware incompatibilities.
