Can I retrieve Internet accessible RTSP URLs through the Milestone SOAP API

Release 2018 R3 was updated so that the Onvif bridge will now return Internet accessible RTSP URLS for the exposed cameras. I was wondering it the same RTSP URLs can be obtained through the Milestone SOAP API? Unfortunately the Onvif does not gives us all the data we need so we are going to use the Milestone SOAP API. Rather just integrate with 1 API but we could do both if necessary.

You will need ONVIF bridge, no protocol outside the ONVIF Bridge can give you RTSP or RTSP Urls.
