As shown in the picture, no events is received in Smart Client AccessControl tab, when we swipe cards or unlock/lock the doors. And it 's no use to refresh.
Sometimes, we need to restart the SmartClient after a few minutes, and then , we can get the events info.
Why we can not get the events in real time? Someone for help, thanks.
