Can we change the time format that is displayed in an Image Viewer Control's header?

We would like to know if the date time displayed in the ImageViewerControl’s header is configurable.

This is shown in the header while displaying recorded video with the properties EnableVisibleHeader and EnableVisibleTimeStamp both set to true.

We specifically would like to change the time portion to be shown in a 24 hour format.

This should follow the PC setup of culture / language. Try the setup Windows so that it uses the desired format.
