No. The Web Client is a web page. When you have Mobile Server installed you can use the Milestone Web Client.

Just tell me one thing I install the Mobile Server but it not run the web Client …

the path where I run the web client is

[C:\Program](file:C:/Program) Files\Milestone\Milestone Mobile Server\Web\index.html

but they give the Error -:- Server Connection Error -:-

Try to use web, try in a browser to do http://localhost:8081/index.html
