Need an urgent assist!
I have a storage with two logical discs. On both of them there are recordings which aren’t using by Recording Server anymore. The thing is I need to playback that video. Using smart client player I’m able to open the database from one of the disks, from another - I can’t do that.
Whenever I go to the SC Player and try to open the database it shows some list of the folders (an example: the system creates the separate folders “Media, Recording, Motion level” each hour of recording for all the cameras). It doesn’t show the camera as shared database at all.
What might be the issue?
