Is it possible tp change defualt camera Icon on the map? We have a map with a dark background for better visibility.
And default camera icon also dark 
How can we change it using SDK?
In the Smart Client you can place cameras on maps, you can choose the size and orientation of the camera but you cannot change the icon or the color.
It is on the wishlist for enhancements to the maps functionality but has never been prioritized. There is no indication when (or if) this enhanced functionalitywill be developed.
The situation is the same even if using the MIP SDK, while you can create your own items that can be put on maps (see the Access Control (MIP SDK v. 2.0) sample) you cannot change the camera items.

Is there any change on this request? I have a client which would like to have different icons as well for different type of cameras. On the maps, and in the tree in the smart & mgmt client.

In general, maps functionality is very poor
I think Smart Map is a first step, but also still a little step.
