I try to implement the “Concurrent License” to my plugin. It seems it is workink but if I try a offline activation it will fail. Also the online activation fails.
To do this I’ve used the SCLicenseSample and I try this with a Corporate 2017 R3.
What could be wrong?
We would like to analyse the lrq file here at Milestone Systems. Please do not upload it here on the public forum. I have taken the liberty of creating a support case for you (MSC342884), please upload the lrq file for us on the case.
One quick question for you to answer: If you remove the plugin again are you then able to activate? (Without plugin you can activate and while using the plugin you cannot activate?)
Follow-up with what we learned from the Support case. Others might experience this issue..
When we examine the request we find that it lack the custom data node. I would expect to see an empty node if no data, but when the node is missing it causes the issue you experience.
Add the CustomData and you can activate the plugin.
