Configure low resolution stream to record from the same camera

Using XProtect Professional+ 2018 R3 how to configure a camera to record 2 streams, one with higher resolution, the second with lower resolution.

The manual states it is possible to record multiple streams but the UI allows only for one to be recorded. You can select either Video stream 1, or Video stream 2 but not both to record.
