Connectivity to Milestone M550 Husky

We have an M550 Husky with Milestone xProtect Corporate installed and working. We are able to discover and bring in cameras without issues. However, we are unable to setup a 2nd Milestone Husky that was purchased to run as a redundant backup, as well as setting up any clients that can connect back to the primary Husky. Are there any default settings on the machines that would cause this? Please let us know what changes we should make or if there are any troubleshooting steps we can take to resolve.
