Hi, I am having the following error while trying to install Milestone Professional+ 2020 R1. Could not obtain information about Windows NT group/user error code 0x5.

Our client tells us they don’t install Windows using the Sign in to a Microsoft Online account feature. Is there any other reason why we are getting the following error when installing Milestone VMS?
