Hi! I do have several Milestone installations across Norway, all connected trough a WAN connection without internet access. Do you provide some kind of “dashboard” for centralized management of these kinds of installations? Want to know the status of the recorders - is everything OK with the installations across the country. Do not need to see pictures, just need a tool to se status. Different versions of Milestone, but mostly PRO installations.
No, the Customer Dashboard requires direct access to the Milestone online services. For the XProtect Advanced (Corporate and Expert) we have the System Monitor features, but besides this, you will have to turn to 3rd party monitoring from e.g. Nagios or SolarWinds
