We have a licence XPROTECT 2025R2 with the rattachement of the SPC plugin (bought in 2025 July).
But, when you lauch the Management client no plugin appears in the window “Licence informations” and no Panel appears in “Device”.
Where could be the error? side MILESTONE or side VANDERBILT ACRE SECUITY?

You will have top ask the vendor / developer, in this case Vanderbilt.
Should the developer find or suspect that Milestone have a bug or similar they will be able to open a case with Milestone Support, here they can include information about used SDK calls and similar, facts that you as a end-user cannot know.
