I’m currently running xprotect smart client 2020 R1b in HPZ1 G5 desktop PC with NVIDIA quadro p620 graphic card. I’m having trouble to get live footage on our TV. Drivers are up to date but everyday morning and sometimes during the day display is looks like the pic given below. When I restart the app works fine again. Do you have any idea why?
You mentioned that you could not see video on the Smart Client 2020 b1, it sounds to me rather general issue. So, please ask again in the support community, you should get better help from the partners using the support community.
