Driver Framework: Proxy not operational

When adding a new device after restarting the recording server, the first phase of the Add Hardware work, but then when clicking next, the second operations fails with only this error. I was not able to reproduce a second time. Is there a timeout to be aware of? We are doing allot of work on the camera the first time the device gets added. Can you please explain what this error means? Is it possible I tried to add the camera too soon after having started the Recording Server?

I have consulted with Milestone Development, but they said that it is hard to say the meaning of the error and need more information about the error, so can you please check if there are other errors or log entries (error related) in log files? Maybe, in other log files?

Sorry, I am unable to reproduce. It only happened once.
