I ask you to help me understand the question: is there still EDGE Storage support for Edesix Ltd (software VideoManager) systems.
We bought a BODY-WORN CAMERA Motorolla VideoTag VT-100 for testing. We added it to Milestone XProtect Corporate 2020R3 software via VideoManager software. I have activated the Remote recordings function in the Milestone video channel settings
Live video from the camera in Milestone (Wi-Fi® streaming) is available when the camera is in the range of a Wi-Fi network. Later, when the camera is reconnected, the video archive is not uploaded to Milestone, but at the same time it is uploaded to VideoManager.
Our task is to have a complete video archive, without gaps from the VideoTag VT-100 camera in Milestone XProtect Corporation 2020R3. Please help me solve this problem, because the Milestone supported device table says that Video on Edge is YES.
