Error between Milestone Software Manager and video servers (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070776)

Hello,

I will use Milestone Software Manager for upgrading some video server targets(Milestone Software Manager 2023 R3 Version: 23.3a Build: 25).

My problem is the communication from MilestoneSoftwareManager to the video servers, it seems to be interrupted if the video server target system uses NAT.

below the error:

Task: Ping (Failed)

 _- Last error: The object exporter specified was not found. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070776)_

 _- Type: WMIPingTask_

 _- State: Completed_

 _- Result: Failed_

 _- Host time: 31/12/9999 23:59:59_

what could be the solution o workaround?
