i want to know if there is a function to export automatic videos depending on events ??

There is no such built-in functionality.

You can develop it using the MIP SDK:

I suggest to start by exploring the Export sample on how to export, and the Alarm and Event Viewer sample on how to subscribe to events. The two put in combination in a smart way could be all you need.
