We have created an Alert dashboard presented in the Xprotect our System event via plugin, we have the ability to send events to the Xprotect using the Generic Event functionality.
This has some limitations as only single description can be present to the operator. Alternatively, the use of Analytic events required video entity and the need to specify device IP, an IP that is not necessary be presented in the Xprotect (like PLC, storage, switches….).
We’ve come to an understanding that a our system need to have an entity in the Xprotect, entity that will be able to receive all cyber event and present it to the operator.
Is that something we can do, or its need to be done by Milestone developers?
