This milestone is placed in the remote computer room. There is no personnel stationed in the computer room. If I want people to be in a 3rd party location, I can simply enter a date and time and an end time via webpage or homebrew and it automatically adds 1 minute before and after and saves the video to the 3rd party - party access area.
I think I will recommend to use a Mobile Server solution. Putting the Mobile Server in a DMZ and then develop a solution based on the Mobile SDK to ask for the export (CreateExportDownloadLink)
