Fail to add site to Hierarchy from one milestone to another

Windows OS version:WIN11 Pro

Milestone Product: Corporate

Milestone Version: parent: 2025R3, child: 2025R1

Our Camera Driver version: Driver drop9

Issue: Fail to add site to Hierarchy from one milestone to another

Steps

  1. install full milestone in both computer and make both in the same local network.
  2. input child url from parent milestone to add site.
  3. it pop fail to add site to hierarchy.

Video clip for the failure is attached.

Could you please advice us for further steps or configuration to be followed to allow Parent and Child Milestone Systems interactions.

Could you provide direct contact for Milestone support community? Currently 3 issues are posted in Milestone support community in last 30 days, we did not receive any response for all 3 issues.
