I am upgrading one of our banks from Xprotect Corporate 2014 to 2016.
The problem is that the transact in 2016 in embedded in the Xprotect 2016 and so i am unable to export the old filters from the separate application of 2014 to the embedded transact of 2016
I have substitution filters (also 25 ) and 1 line break filter that we were using for 2014.
the problem is that filters for 2014 for another branch where we still didn’t update to 2016 are working fine.
In one branch where we have 2016 newly updated, i was trying to export filters as they are from 2014 to 2016, but i don’t have this possibility in 2016 !!! Exporting filters from 2014 to another 2014 is very easy, it’s done by 1 click!!
SO i tried to copy and paste the filters one by one to the 2016 transact, also without success.
then i discovered that when i open the filter it’s not the same syntax as shown in the filter before opening it to copy and paste the content!! So i tried to type the filters one by one but also without success.
So by resume any suggestion for this problem: I want to migrate the filters from Transact 2014 to Transact 2016
