Flashing Blinking Hot Spot in case of event input is activated

I am trying to blink a hot spot whenever the event input is activated. It shows in the training video that it is done somehow but can’t seem to get help from customer service. Can anyone help?

Configure an alarm that gets triggered when the input is activated. Put the input on a map. Now the input will blink when the input is activated.

Configure now a second map with a hot zone that links to the first map. When the input on the first map blinks the hot zone on the second map blinks.

Looks like it didn’t help as you cannot put the input to a map.

I would have thought it helped very fine as the knowledge base article guides you link use a user-defined event (or manual event) as a workaround. It was nice of you to give feedback on this, thanks.
