Generic Audio Device to listen to/record from

Hi,

Does there exist a generic driver that can be used to listen to and record from a generic audio streaming device?

The streaming could be done via HTTP/UDP/TCP in G711-ulaw.

Sure, the “generic” Milestone drivers are:

* ONViF single channel driver

* ONViF 2-16 channel driver

* Universal 1 channel driver

* Universal 16 channel driver

* Universal 64 channel driver

* DirectShow driver

I would recommend starting with the Universal 1-channel driver, which is very adaptable for “unknown” devices
