I want to set or get Driver Event(H/W Motion) for camera in SDK

I try to ConfigApIClient sample but couldn’t find a proper way

No, you can’t, unfortunately it is not possible to get/set driver/hardware/camera events (Hardware Motion Started or others) with Configuration API.

It is on the wish-list for future enhancement development work but has never been prioritized, so it is not possible to say when, or even if, this will be developed.

No, unfortunately, this is unsupported in MIP currently with no known workaround..
