We use the “GetIPAddressRequest” in one off our tools, but this request fails with this message:
VideoOS.Platform.MIPException: Unable to Transmit —> System.ServiceModel.FaultException: Message ‘Server.GetIPAddresRequest’ with prohibited data class type ‘’ discarded.
We now use Corporate 2023R2, this request works on older versions. Is this request no longer valid in 2023R2? I’ve found nothing in the release letters.

A bug was discovered. There is a fix that can be patched to the Event Server. Please see -

I tried the fix on my test server, I only used the event server fix. After that my tool worked again.
But since it is declared as a cumulative patch, must all other fixes also be rolled out?
For the issue you mention you do not need to do more.
As a general recommendation, yes, by patching all the server components using the patch installers you will potentially avoid a lot of issues, known issues that are addressed by the patches.
Yes, we did the updates on all server on the production system and our tool is working.
