Getting "connection is broken" error for cameras in Milestone XProtect Management client

We are integrating our Network Video Recorder (NVR) with Milestone using ONVIF Protocol.

After adding hardware(Network Video Recorder) in Milestone management client successfully, sometimes the camera goes offline and shows message like “connection is broken” in management client.

We could see that camera is online in NVR.

What could be the possible reason of this behaviour ??

I would like by starting with the article we have on troubleshooting the general scenario of a camera device giving this error in XProtect:

Let us know if there is something in this situation where you are developing your own device that goes beyond this or this was the answer you were seeking.

We have checked all the steps given in the above link and meets all the requirements but still we are facing the same problem.

Here we are attaching the Request and Response of one of the camera which shows “connection is broken”.

If we play RTSP link in VLC Media player, then it’s working fine.

Hope it helps you to find the solution.

Please let me know if you require more information regarding this.

From the screenshot I can’t say what is the problem. We will need Wireshark trace from the moment the device is added until the moment “connection is broken” is observed to be able to investigate.
