Dear Guys! We have biometric software(ayonix). So we want to add rules (send message for each person about identificate) on Milestone managment for each enrolled person on biometric plugin. We already set mail service all is good. Now we need import information about enrolled person on Smart Client (Ayonix Plugin there) to Milestone Managment. Is it possible?
I am confused. The Management Client in a Milestone systems has the purpose of setting up systems, should not be used in day to day operations, so to me this sounds wrong.
It sounds to me like you want to raise alarms in the Milestone XProtect but from the screen capture you might already have this.
Please explain what the users / operators should see, and perhaps in general describe how your integration should be used.
We want install Face Recognization System in schools. After identificate need to send for parents of child information about arrive to school. We already have to set mail service on Milestone Managment. Now need to add new rules for Face Id and after send message to each parents. But Milestone Managment not have information about Face ID. If you want help me i can give you Team Viewer ID. It will be BIG PROJECT.

It is the plugin sample that shows how to develop your own customized rule actions.
I am guessing you either need your own rule actions or you need your own general items. Look at either the BatAction sample or the SensorMonitor sample. You could start by looking these samples up in the MIP Documentation.
